GKW x Girls on the Go Manchester

To celebrate Galentine’s, we partnered with Girls on the Go Manchester to host a feel-good community event designed to bring women together through movement, confidence, and self-love.

The event welcomed attendees for a free one-hour pilates class led by Pulse by Georgia, giving guests the chance to move, reset and reconnect with their bodies in a supportive, uplifting environment. The session was designed to be accessible for all levels and set the tone for an afternoon centred around empowerment and wellbeing.

Following the class, there was a self-love letter writing session, a reflective moment encouraging women to celebrate their strengths, show themselves kindness, and reconnect with their self-worth. The event also created a relaxed social space where the women could meet new people, build friendships and feel part of a supportive community.

As a thank you, each guest received a fully gifted GKW set of, allowing them to leave feeling confident, and comfortable in pieces designed to support their everyday movement.

The atmosphere throughout the day was amazing, uplifting, supportive and full of positive energy. Events like this reflect the heart of GKW: empowering women through movement, connection and confidence.
