The competition is open to all UK residents aged 16 years or over, except employees of the promoter(s) their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, you must follow the Promoter’s Instagram page @gymkingwomen as well as the collaborator pages @newlook and @maisiesmithofficial, like and tag a friend on the Promoter’s post promoting this competition (“Post”).
Multiple entries (comments/tags) are permitted.
The opening date for entries is 12:00 (BST) on Friday, 30th May. The closing date is 23:59 (BST) on Friday, 13th June 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered valid.
One winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
The winner shall receive a £250 E-gift New Look voucher as well as the full Gym King X New Look range to the value of £500.
The winner will be contacted by @GymKingWomen via Instagram Direct Message. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process at clause 6.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
If the Promoter(s) believes that an entry contravenes these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves all rights to reject the entry at its discretion.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment which is suffered or sustained (whether or not it arises as a result of any person’s negligence) in connection with this prize draw or accepting the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failed or lost entries.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and should any discrepancy arise between these Terms and Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
