• Access the Royal Mail return portal to create your return label HERE and search for Gym King.
  • Enter your Gym King order number (for example #WEB1234567) which can be found on the paperwork in your parcel.
  • Follow the instructions to generate your label.
  • Complete your return form, that is in your parcel.
  • Put your item(s) and completed return form in your parcel, seal it securely and affix your return label (if you opted to print it).
  • Take your parcel to the post office or use the Royal Mail collection service.
  • A fixed charge of £2.50 per order and your original shipping charge will be automatically deducted when your refund is processed.

Please keep hold of your receipt as it has your tracking number, we will not be able to investigate any issues without it.

  • Style name or code of the item(s) you are returning.
  • Reasons for returning
If you are an international customer, please follow the steps below:

  • Click HERE, then choose returns and refunds, click "How can I return an item?", enter the order ID and email address you used to place your order.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return by adjusting the quantity and select the return reason. A copy of the return label will be emailed to you.
  • Pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, with the original packaging. Seal the packaging, print the returns label, and affix it securely to the outside of the package.
Returns can only be accepted via this process; this is to ensure that the appropriate customs clearance documentation is generated.

This is via a self-postage or DHL Express returns ‘at cost’, whereby you pay the direct expected cost of the return on both options.

Once received and processed your refund will take approximately 14 working days to be credited back to your original payment method.
