WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and in original packaging. All items are inspected on return, returns that are refused will be posted back to you.

There is a fixed charge of £3.49 per order payable when you create your return in the return portal.

Please keep your proof of return to allow you/ us to track your parcel and investigate any returns that go missing, without the tracking we are unable to investigate.

Please note your original shipping fee is non refundable.

*Abuse of our Returns Policy (including repeated refunds, free wardrobing and chargeback fraud) will NOT be accepted. Gym King reserves the right to make the final decision on returns and refunds and reserve the right to close a customer account if we deem it necessary.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Sorry, we don't offer exchanges, your returned items will be refunded.
WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
The following are exceptions to the return policy above :
  • If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.
  • Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact and has not been removed.
  • Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
  • Men’s swimwear, underwear and Women's underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • All Bottles/ Shakers are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
UK CUSTOMERS - HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
  • Access our easy return portal HERE
  • You will need your Gym King order number (for example WEB1234567) and postcode/email address which can be found on the paperwork in your parcel.
  • Follow the instructions to create your return and generate your return label/ QR code.
  • Put your item(s) in your parcel, seal it securely and affix your return label (if you opted to print it).
  • Take your parcel to your chosen location:
    • InPost Logo24/7 InPost Locker returns
    • InPost LogoYour local Post Office
    • InPost LogoA DPD Drop Off location
  • A fixed charge of charge of £3.49 per order payable when you create your return in the return portal.

If your order is past 30 days you will be unable to raise a return on the portal, please contact customerservice@gymking.com with your order number and the reason you want to return your items.

Please keep hold of your receipt/ drop off email as it has your tracking number, we will not be able to investigate any issues without it.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN YET?
If your tracking reference states delivered to GYM KING we have your parcel. Your return item(s) will be processed and refunded shortly.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
We process your returns as quickly as we can and usually do so within 7 days. During busy periods this may take up to 14 days. Please also allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Please note that your original shipping fee is non refundable.

I'VE SENT A NON-GYM KING ITEM BACK TO YOU, WHAT DO I DO?
If you accidentally or incorrectly return a non Gym King item to us we will contact you to let you know and ask you to arrange for the item to be collected from our Distribution Centre. We will always do our very best to help.

*Collection will be need to be organised and paid for the sender, not Gym King.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
If you are an international customer, please follow the steps below:

  • Visit our International Returns Portal, enter the order ID and email address you used to place your order.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return by adjusting the quantity and select the return reason. A copy of the return label will be emailed to you.
  • Pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, with the original packaging. Seal the packaging, print the returns label, and affix it securely to the outside of the package.

Returns can only be accepted via this process; this is to ensure that the appropriate customs clearance documentation is generated.

This is via a self-postage or DHL Express returns ‘at cost’, whereby you pay the direct expected cost of the return on both options.

Once received and processed your refund will take approximately 14 working days to be credited back to your original payment method.

Gift Card

Gift Cards are a non-refundable item. Any items purchased on a gift card can be returned and are refunded back to the gift card only.
