Finance Business Partner - Full time/Permanent

Main Accountabilities…

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing key reports, these will include but are not limited to:
  • Digital marketing spend & ROAS across Facebook, google, snapchat etc.
  • Stock flows from incoming PO’s, stock on hand and outgoing Sales Orders to identify stock risks.
  • Alignment between stock in business and forecast business plan sales
  • POS sell through data analysis from Key Accounts.
  • You will be expected to highlight areas the business should be monitoring closer and develop reports to facilitate this.
  • Posting month end journals
  • Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations

 A dynamic operator, you will own the finance reporting aspects of the business and be a key player in the team.

Key Skills & Experience...

  • Have a good understanding of retail, Ecommerce or a fast-moving businesses
  • Experienced accountant professional ideally in both corporate and entrepreneurial businesses with at least 3 years’ experience
  • Are qualified or part qualified
  • Have hands-on experience of developing and implementing finance initiatives and leading process changes
  • Intellectual and emotional intelligence in balanced / equal measure
  • You are independent and self-directed but able to work with other teams

Digital Designer - Full time/Permanent 

The Role – Digital Designer

We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our growing Digital team. You’ll need substantial experience delivery campaigns across various digital platforms, with a particular focus on email marketing. The role offers the perfect opportunity to grow with an expanding, exciting e-commerce business, supporting key senior members and the opportunity to mentor more junior members of the team moving forward.

What will you be doing?
You’ll find yourself involved in a diverse range of projects and forward marketing campaigns.

  • Own email-marketing design. Create new, exciting content and templates for daily delivery.
  • Write creative briefs and copy for email marketing.
  • Effectively communicate design ideas and user experience to the wider team.
  • Execute all visual stages of design from initial concept to successful delivery.
  • Storyboarding and wireframing concepts across the digital spectrum.

Buyer - Full time/Permanent 

Role Profile:

  • Accountable for development and growth of product ranges
  • Management of critical path across various product categories/COOs
  • Confidently able to present ranges to Sales team/Directors in sign off meetings and range reviews

Assistant Buyer - Full time/Permanent 

Role Profile:

  • Working alongside Buyer across various product categories driving category performance and innovation
  • Must be a confident communicator, liaising with suppliers as well as cross functionally within Head Office
  • Good problem solver, timekeeper and negotiator
  • Understanding the marketplace, target customer and key competitors.
  • Assist and help develop the supply base and sourcing strategy
  • Admin based tasks such as order raising, approving packing lists, order amendments
  • Trading of the order file evaluating best and worst performing products and suggesting actions based on trading performance

Merchandising Admin Assistant - Full time/Permanent  

Responsibilities:

  • Chasing, receiving and checking packing lists- flagging any issues to the merchandiser
  • Uploading packing lists to the system
  • Managing shipments and communications with forwarders
  • Liaising with the warehouse on upcoming deliveries
  • Marking stock as received in the system
  • Updating the supplier update with any changes and flagging changes to merch/buying
  • Uploading lines from range planners to the system
  • Uploading POs to the system and sanity checking all details
  • Adding new lines to the supplier update from POs
  • Attending relevant shipment meetings
  • Size ratio analysis
  • Supporting the merchandiser with reporting/ preparation/ analysis

Paid Social Media Manager - Full time/Permanent 

Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce you’ll be responsible for the output across The Gym King’s paid social media activity. Your focus will be on maximising the opportunity for exceptional growth as the business scales, focusing on strategy, authoring and the day-to-day management of the platform. You’ll be working closely with other departments, particularly with the wider social media team and supporting more junior members to deliver high quality work that works.

With at least 3 year’s experience, the Paid Social Manager will clearly demonstrate their hands-on experience of scaling Paid Social Media account(s) in your previous role – Meeting business objectives and leading overall strategy.

Candidates will:

  • Be co-accountable for the paid social strategy.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the paid social strategy.
  • Have experience of running ad accounts on; Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat & Tik-Tok.
  • Be responsible for content that’s on-brand, error free and in the correct tone of voice.
  • Have experience with testing methods (A/B testing) to maximise ad performance.
  • Manage the creative briefing of content to studio.
  • Effectively develop junior members of the team, nurture and guide them.
  • Own what you do, have the gravitas to talk with authority and be enthusiastic about social media.
  • Have strong awareness of the wider Digital mix and the part other channels play.
  • Be analytical & forward thinking with reporting and confident when reporting to key stakeholders within the business.
  • Have experience with running ads in international territories.
  • A technical understanding of reporting tools, feed implementation etc.
  • Be one step ahead, always thinking of what’s next & encouraged to test new ideas.
