There are three tiers:
Spend is calculated from the date of enrollment to the loyalty scheme, or the commencement of the loyalty scheme if you are an existing customer.
Your tier is based on your all-time spend since joining the loyalty program, not annual spend.
No, once you reach a tier, you keep it based on your total spend from the date you joined the program.
You can earn points per order based on your tier status:
Black & Gold: 1 point per £1 spent
Platinum: 1.25 points per £1 spent
You can apply your points at checkout:

Share Gym King with a friend to gift 100 points, and you’ll earn 100 points when they sign up and make a purchase.
Yes, we’ll send reminders by email and SMS (if you’ve opted in) when you’re near a reward or when your points are about to expire.

A referral is considered successful once your friend places an order using your referral link. Once their order is complete, your points will be added to your account automatically.
