Our Loyalty Program rewards you for shopping and engaging with us. You earn points through purchases and other activities, which you can redeem for discounts and exclusive perks.
Just create a Gym King account and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the loyalty program.
Nothing, it’s completely free to join.
There are three tiers:
- Black – No spend requirement
- Gold – Lifetime spend of £150
- Platinum – Lifetime spend of £300 or more
Spend is calculated from the date of enrolment to the loyalty scheme, or the commencement of the loyalty scheme if you are an existing customer.
Your tier is based on your all-time spend since joining the loyalty program, not annual spend.
No, once you reach a tier, you keep it.
Your tier is calculated from your total spend from the date you joined the program.
You can earn points per order based on your tier status:
- Black & Gold: 1 point per £1 spent
- Platinum: 1.25 points per £1 spent
Yes, points expire 12 months after they’re earned.
We will send reminders by email and SMS (if you’ve opted in) when you’re near a reward or when your points are about to expire.
You can apply your points at checkout:
- 100 points = £5 (no minimum spend)
- 200 points = £10 (minimum spend of £40)
- 300 points = £15 (minimum spend of £60)
- 400 points = £20 (minimum spend of £80)
You need at least 100 points (£5 value) to start redeeming.
Yes, it's simple - Share your unique referral link (found on the Rewards Page) with a friend to gift them 100 points, and you’ll earn 100 points when they sign up and complete their first purchase.
You can refer as many times as you'd like.
You may have been already subscribed, only new email subscriptions are eligible for a points bonus.
Please note: it can also take up to 30 minutes to verify your points.
No problem! Just head to the Rewards Page and click on the ‘Rewards History’ button - your redeemed code will be listed there.
