If you're in the UK, please contact us using the form on our contact page or email us at customerservice@gymking.com.

For any international queries, visit our International Support Center which can be used to answer your questions and contact the international team if you can't find the answer.

Our Customer Service team is available Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm UK Time.

Why Don't You Have a Contact Number?

We're an independent online brand and don't have a call centre.

However, every email we receive is personally answered by our in-house customer service team in the UK. We aim to reply as helpfully and efficiently as possible.
