There will be 1 (one) winner who will win £500 to spend at JD Sports on Gym King products & JD Gym Annual Membership and a pair of Apple Airpods. The ("Prize") breakdown is below 1 x £500 to Spend at JD Sports on Gym King products 1 x Annual JD Gyms Membership 1x Pair of Apple AirPods The winner will be able to choose what Gym King products from the JD website, subject to stock. Gym King has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of Gym King. Gym King shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not available or claimed (for whatever reason) Gym King is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize. The Prize, partially or in its entirety, is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange and sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace).
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and be a resident in the United Kingdom. Gym King reserves the right to ask the winners age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the Gym King or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Gym King reserve the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

Internet service providers' fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
The prize draw will open from 7pm (UK time) on 09.05.2022 to 12pm (UK time) on 16.05.2022. Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.
The winner will be selected at random. The winner will be contacted via direct message before or on the 17.05.2022. The randomly selected winner will be checked to ensure that the entry meets the eligibility criteria, if not, another winner will be selected at random until the selected winner meets the eligibility criteria. The decision of Gym King is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner). The winner will be required to respond via DM to confirm acceptance of their Prize. In the event that the winner does not communicate his/her acceptance of the Prize by 19.05.2022, despite Gym King’s reasonable efforts to contact them, Gym King reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived his/her right to the Prize. In the event the winner does not collect the Prize by 19.05.2022, Gym King reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive his/her rights to the Prize.
It is the winner's responsibility to: (i) provide accurate contact details and proof of identification on collection of the Prize; (ii) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the prize draw; (iii) adhere to local laws in the UK; and (iv) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. Gym King will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

By taking part in the prize draw, entrants agree to participate in publicity at Gym King’s request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that Gym King (or any third party nominated by Gym King) may in its sole discretion use their name, image, any relevant video footage of them and comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party).
