ORDER ISSUES
You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period. When reporting these to us please ensure you have photographed the issue as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation.
To report any issues with your order, please email customerservice@thegymking.com with photos of the issue for reference.
CAN I CANCEL/ AMEND MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we can't change the order.
This includes the following:
We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we need to be quick to cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. If you contact customer service straight away we may be able to help. After it has been processed, cancellations will follow the usual returns procedure.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return a product for refund.
If you request a refund of the original purchase price, this will be issued back to the original payment method (excluding the original postage that has been paid).
Refunds will be issued if items are returned in their original unworn condition with original labels attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, scented, worn or altered will not be accepted and could be sent back to you. In the case that an item is deemed faulty and a fault of Gym King we will also refund your postage.
Abuse of returns policy, such as repeat refunds with no valid reason, free wardrobing & chargeback fraud will not be accepted. Gym King reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and returns.
HAVE YOU GOT MY RETURNED PARCEL?
Don't worry, we've most likely got your parcel but it is waiting in processing. Due to high volumes, we are unable to notify you we've received your returned parcel. Please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt. Once we've processed your return, you will receive a email and SMS notification. Please allow us up to working 14 days to process this.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Access our Easy returns portal here and enter your Order Number and Email Address associated with your order.
2. ‘Start Return’ and select the items you’re wanting to refund along with the reasoning for your return.
3. If your return is accepted, your returns reference number will appear. Click on the link to create your return label which will take you to the Royal Mail website. Enter your returns reference number and order number and follow the instructions to generate your returns label. A fixed charge of £2.50 will be applied for your return. This will be deducted from your refund.
4. Once completed, Royal Mail will send you an email with your returns label attached. You will require the QR code within this email if you wish to print your returns label at the Post Office, otherwise you can print the return label off at home.
5. Ensure you include your paperwork and the returns reference number with your parcel and post back to Gym King. Remember to keep your proof of postage from the post office.
6. Once we receive your return, it will be processed as soon as possible and you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
You may return an international order within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. To return an international order, please follow the steps below;
Go to the Global-e Returns Portal, enter the order ID and email address you used to place your order.
Select the item(s) you wish to return by adjusting the quantity and select the return reason. A copy of the return label will be emailed to you.
Pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, with the original packaging. Seal the packaging, print the returns label, and affix it securely to the outside of the package.
Returns can only be accepted via this process; this is to ensure that the appropriate customs clearance documentation is generated. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund you are issued.
Once processed, the refund will take approximately 14 working days to be credited back to your original payment method.

FACE MASKS
Please note that we can’t accept any form of returns on GK Nano Face Masks due to hygiene and health & safety reasons.
Faulty masks returns will not be acceptable if the packaging is opened /unsealed/ worn.
UNDERWEAR & SWIMWEAR
Please note for hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on underwear unless faulty. Swimwear can only be returned if unused with the tags and hygiene seals intact and in the complete original packaging, unless it’s faulty.
UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS
If you return an item beyond the 30-day period or we deem the item in a non-sellable condition, we will hold the item(s) until you arrange a collection from our warehouse. Our Customer Service Team will be in touch to advise you of this.

FAULTY ITEMS
In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive an incorrect item, or item you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on customerservice@thegymking.com with the below info:

3) The Gym King logo and tag attached to product
I'VE SENT THE RETURN PARCEL BACK, WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND BACK?
Please note, due to busy periods, returns process may take up to 14 days to process.
We will send you an email notifying you once your return have been processed.
If you do not receive an email after 14 working days, please contact our customer service with your proof of postage, parcel tracking number and order number.
KLARNA
When will my items be delivered if I use Klarna?
Klarna orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any normal order from Gym King.
How do I return an item purchased with Klarna?
Klarna returns will follow our usual standard returns process. Your total balance will be updated once the return has been processed and any remaining payments are automatically adjusted from the last instalment.
