ORDER ISSUES

You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period. When reporting these to us please ensure you have photographed the issue as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation.

To report any issues with your order, please email customerservice@thegymking.com with photos of the issue for reference.

 Your order number should look like this #WEB1231267, which can be found on your confirmation email you would have received at the time of placing your order.

  

CAN I CANCEL/ AMEND MY ORDER?  

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return a product for a refund. Products must be in original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached.

If item(s) you return are deemed to be in an unsaleable condition, we will hold the item(s) for you to arrange a collection from our warehouse. We will hold them for 28 days, after which we cannot guarantee we will be able to store them. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

A fixed charge of £2.50 will be deducted from you when you arrange to return your parcel.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

We do not offer exchanges, your returned items will be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  • Complete the returns form you received and package up for returning.
  • Go to Tracked Returns | Royal Mail Group to create a returns label.           
  • Once on the Royal Mail return portal search for Gym King.
  • You will need your Gym King order number to hand.
  • Follow the instructions to generate your label.
  • A fixed charge of £2.50 will be deducted when your refund is processed.
  • You can either print your label and take your parcel to the post office or use the Royal Mail collection service, where they will pick up your parcel from home and label it on your behalf.

    If the return from is not enclose we will be unable process your refund as we will not know who it belongs to.
    I DON'T HAVE MY RETURN FORM

     

    Please use this link HERE to download your returns form, to print and add to your parcel. Don’t worry if you don’t have a printer, you can just write out your return on a sheet of paper. To enable us to process your paperwork in the warehouse please ensure you have the following details:

    • #WEB order number
    • Style name or code
    • Reasons for returning

      

    HAVE YOU GOT MY RETURNED PARCELS

    You would have been given a return tracking receipt when you sent your parcel back to us, the tracking number on there will look something like this QZ12345678GB. You can use this on the Royal Mail Tracking website to check. If the parcel shows delivered to GYM KING, we have it.

     

     

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    If you have purchased internationally, please follow the steps below:

    • Go to the Global-E Returns Portal, enter the order ID and email address you used to place your order.
    • Select the item(s) you wish to return by adjusting the quantity and select the return reason. A copy of the return label will be emailed to you.
    • Pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, with the original packaging. Seal the packaging, print the returns label, and affix it securely to the outside of the package.

    Returns can only be accepted via this process; this is to ensure that the appropriate customs clearance documentation is generated. This is via a self-postage option, or DHL Express returns 'at cost', whereby the customer pays the direct expected cost of the return. This cost is then deducted from the customer's refund.

    Once received and processed your refund will take approximately 14 working days to be credited back to your original payment method.

    *Abuse of the returns policy, such as repeat refunds, free wardrobing and chargeback fraud will NOT be accepted. Gym King reserves the right to make the final decision on returns and refunds.
     
     

    UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

    If you return an item beyond the 30-day period or we deem the item in a non-sellable condition, we will hold the item(s) until you arrange a collection from our warehouse. Our Customer Service Team will be in touch to advise you of this.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive an incorrect item, or item you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on customerservice@thegymking.com with the below info:

    • Your Order Number
    • Item Name and Size
    • Clear Photos with:

    1) The close up of the fault

    2) Full product length picture

    3) The Gym King logo and tag attached to product 

    *You have up to 90 days to raise a claim for a faulty item. 

     

    I'VE SENT THE RETURN PARCEL BACK, WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND BACK?

    Please note, due to busy periods, returns process may take up to 14 days to process.

    We will send you an email notifying you once your return have been processed.

    If you do not receive an email after 14 working days, please contact our customer service with your proof of postage, parcel tracking number and order number.

     

    KLARNA

    When will my items be delivered if I use Klarna?

    Klarna orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any normal order from Gym King. 

    How do I return an item purchased with Klarna?

    Klarna returns will follow our usual standard returns process. Your total balance will be updated once the return has been processed and any remaining payments are automatically adjusted from the last instalment.
