CAN I USE MY STUDENT DISCOUNT ON BLACK FRIDAY?
Yes, student discounts will still be allowed. You can get 10% off via Student Beans/ Unidays.
CAN I USE OTHER DISCOUNT CODES?
Only one discount code will apply upon checkout, a minimum purchase of £50.00 GBP applies and certain discount codes will only apply on full price items and not on sale items.
CAN I CANCEL/ AMEND MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we can't change the order.
This includes the following:
- Changing the item/ size
- Delivery/ billing address
- Adding other items to your order
- Shipping address/ method
We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we need to be quick to cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. If you contact customer service straight away we may be able to help. After it has been processed, cancellations will follow the usual returns procedure.
DOES GYM KING OFFER FREE RETURNS DURING AND AFTER BLACK FRIDAY?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we have extended the return period for your convenience. Any purchases made from 3rd November 2020, customers will have up till 31st January 2021 to return the item back to us.
HOW TO RETURN TO US:
**Refunds will be issued if items are returned in their original unworn condition with original labels attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, scented, washed, worn or altered will not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
Please fill out the return form and include within the parcel with your returned items

I'VE SENT THE RETURN PARCEL BACK, WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND BACK?
Please note, due to busy periods, returns process may take up to 14 working days to process.
We will send you an email notifying you once the returns have been processed.
If you do not receive an email after 14 days, please contact our customer service with your proof of postage, parcel tracking number and order number.
- Your Order Number
- Item Name and Size
- Clear Photos with:
1) The close up of the fault
2) Full product length picture shot
3) The Gym King Logo and tag attached to product
Upon Gym King processing your faulty/incorrect item, we will happily reimburse UK postage costs up to a value of £4.50 per parcel, dependent on size, weight and location.
Gym King reserves the right to make the final decision on what is deemed to be faulty.
CAN I GET FREE DELIVERY WITH GYM KING?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery during this period of time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE ITEM?
We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to deliver all our parcels within the UK who will send you an email and/or text message when your order is ready for dispatch.
Standard UK deliveries will take up to 10 working days
Standard Worldwide shipping varies from 10 days+ (depending on country)
**Due to current lockdown, all couriers are experiencing unprecedented demand and delay may be possible.

ARRANGE FOR REDELIVERY
Royal Mail- If you’re not home, Royal Mail will try to deliver to your neighbour and leave a ‘Something for you’ card where you can book for redelivery online. If no reschedule is made, Royal Mail will keep the parcel for 18 days before returning your parcel back to us.
DPD- The delivery notification will give you a time and date of delivery which you can manually change following DPD instructions (ie leave in safe place, leave with a neighbour or have this delivered to DPD pickup shop)
After the first delivery attempt, DPD will deliver your parcel to the nearest Pickup parcelshop.
DHL- On the day of delivery you are able to select to receive a 'You're next' notification when the driver is one stop away, typically 5-15 minutes before the delivery.
Driver will make all attempts possible to let you know that they have arrived to deliver your parcel, but sometimes may still miss you.
Please check the calling card as the driver will leave this to indicate if your parcel has been left with a neighbour, left safe, or to advise that delivery will be re-attempted the following working day.
Please note once the parcel has left our warehouse, Gym King no longer has possession/ control over the location of the parcel. It is the customer's responsibility to cooperate with the courier’s delivery schedule and ensure someone is available at the time of delivery or to provide a safe place for the courier to drop off.
Gym King is not obligated to issue refunds/ replace missing items if the parcel is missing/ stolen.
If in the unfortunate event of a missing parcel/stolen parcel, our customer service team will assist you by raising a case to the courier.
This is followed by instructions below:
Fill out denial of receipt form with a hand-written signature within 7 days confirming denial of receipt.
(If you don’t have a printer, you can hand write the denial of receipt statement and send us a picture of this with the hand-written signature)
2. Email us back with the attached scanned/ hand-written statement with signature.
Please allow 7-10 working days for the courier case escalation to happen.
Our customer service team will let you know the result as soon as we have a response from the courier’s side.
