All you need is a set of light DB weights.

WORKOUT GUIDE:

Renegade row variation 10 reps - 3 sets
Walk out with rotation 10 reps - 3 sets
Bicep variation 10 reps each arm - 2 sets
Upper body combo 10 reps 3 sets
Underhand rows 15 reps per arm 3 sets
Dumbbell row / fly 10 reps 3 sets
