Colours of the Season AW20

If 2020 has taught us anything, it is to be more thoughtful and appreciative of what we have;

and the fashion industry has taken this in its stride this year.
With nostalgia at the forefront of designs and emphasis placed on creating classic pieces that last, vintage staples are back and a key trend for AW20. It’s a similar pattern when it comes to colours too.
Classic Blue is Pantone’s colour of the year, and the shade is set to feature heavily in all wardrobes this Autumn Winter. It is probably one of the easiest colours to pull off as it pairs well with both vibrant and neutral tones.
Not sure how to introduce it into your wardrobe? Start basic with our Navy Basis Overhead hoodie and Jogger, Navy Ringer Crop and Sky Script Jogger. And if you’re needing style inspiration check out our fit inspo’s below.

Primary colours this year seem to have transitioned from child's play to catwalk staple, and fiery red is in for AW20. It’s set to be a standout shade for the season and what better colour is there for transiting from autumn through winter? The colour is known for its versatility and being able to suit everyone, wanting to add it to your wardrobe but not sure how? Our Volt Tracksuit is a perfect starting point as the red stripe detail gives a nod to the trend without overpowering the whole outfit.

Orange, an autumn classic returning yet again for another year. This season however, it's both vibrant and muted variations that are gracing the forecasts. The happy shade can be seen in all styles of clothing, but most importantly; lifestyleIn need of a new comfy lounge fit? Our Rust Ribbed Long Sleeve Tee and Boyfriend Jogger combines comfort with practicality and can be easily styled to fit whatever it is you’re doing during the day.

And if you’re looking for a more vibrant piece, our Orange Energy Tee is sure to add that pop of colour to your outfit.

Even though monochrome may seem boring, it doesn’t have to be. The emphasis this season is on mixing textures of the same toneFor example you could mix the Black Adapt Reflective Jogger, with the Cotton Black and Gold Long Sleeve Tee, add some leather with the Loyalti Dedication Runner Trainer and finish the look with the Sub Zero Jacket with a fur hood.

However you end up styling your AW20 wardrobe, we know you’ll look great. And remember persistence is key. If you’re finding it difficult to incorporate these tones, keep trying and with the right mindset and perseverance we’re sure you’ll end up nailing it.
